Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 of India.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Severability
